Responsibilities

Serves as cost center and customer service manager for multiple athletic departments and sports. Reviews and prepares OBI and OMNI monthly reports as needed for sport and department expense budget. Assists with budget, procurement, travel and disbursement questions for each sport and/or department assigned.

Processes and reviews internal purchase orders, external purchase orders, ePRFs/PRFs, expense reports, p-cards, and invoices. Ensures documents are scanned and reconciled to the monthly budget and ledgers. Approves assigned sports and/or departments travel and requisitions in OMNI. Reconciles monthly and weekly p-card transactions. Attends monthly sport meetings and other meetings as assigned and necessary.

Reviews and submits all fund 635 and fund 636 forms for payment. First reviewer of daily DT118s received from cashier office. Audits and processes quarterly payment for student athlete books needed for each semester to FSU bookstore. Schedules use of Athletic Department vans as needed by sports and departments throughout each year.

Assists with working with and assigning tasks to the Business Office interns. Serves as backup to the mailroom and cashier positions on an as needed basis. Assists with other duties as assigned by the Assistant Athletic Director for Business and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two of years experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: higher education will substitute for experience at an equivalent rate.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with detailed information.
• Ability to prioritize, organize, and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
• Experience to work independently and prioritizing work in a deadline environment.
• Familiarity with electronic data processing as it applies to fiscal accounting activities
