Job Description:

Primary responsibility is to generate and increase departmental revenues through philanthropic support and the sale of premium ticket inventory. This position will develop strategies and execute plans to increase private support and engagement with our programs.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required (master’s strongly preferred)
• Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in college athletics required. Specifically, in development and premium ticket sales.
• Commitment to and knowledge of University of Toledo, MAC and NCAA rules/policies.
• Must have excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• At least two (2) years prior leadership experience supervising employees is preferred.
• Experience managing a function or program required.
• Must work well with other team members and UT campus community members.
• Willing to travel, must have valid driver’s license. Occasional overnight travel is required.
• Must be willing to work numerous evenings and weekends.
