Job Description:
Summary:
The Assistant Athletic Director of Facilities and Operations oversees the scheduling, maintenance, and operations of the College's athletic and recreational facilities. This role is responsible for all home athletic contest operations, supervising equipment room staff and student employees. Additionally, the position coordinates event logistics, and facility projects to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across all department-managed spaces.
Essential Departmental Duties and Responsibilities:
Serves as a liaison to the following campus partners:
Collaborates with administration on facility planning, capital projects, and budgeting needs.
Serves as Tournament Manager for NCAA/NCAC events and primary security liaison for athletic facilities.
Completes the NCAA bid process to host championships.
Serves on the Departments Leadership Team and Scheduling Committee and other committees as appropriate.
Performs other duties as assigned.
