South Dakota Mines seeks an Assistant Athletics Director for Business and Ticket Management. This is full-time, benefited position. This position ensures the department’s financial stability and operational success through comprehensive budget management, purchasing and ordering, working within and understanding the state system, and decision-making authority over daily business office activities. Key duties include managing state-system purchasing, travel requests, and reconciliations. Receive and inventory goods into the department, order office supplies, and arrange for contest management personnel. Additionally, the role ensures compliance with NCAA and state fiscal rules and coordinates essential game-day personnel and ticketing to ensure all athletic contests and office operations run seamlessly.
