| Position Overview |
This position will function as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and will act as a liaison between physicians, staff, coaches, student athletes and parents for assigned sports. This position is essential to ensure that our student athletes are receiving the best care possible. This position will provide prevention, emergency care, clinical diagnosis, therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation of injuries and medical conditions. Position may also teach clinical students in the Athletic Training program.

| Duties and Responsibilities |
1. Prevention, evaluation, therapeutic intervention, rehabilitation and management of athletic injuries and medical conditions. This care will be consistent within the scope of practice defined by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA). Administer emergency care and first aid. Serve as medical liaison between team physicians, coaches, staff, student athletes and parents.
Wisconsin state licensure (once hired must obtain)
CPR/AED certification
A minimum of 1 year of collegiate experience as a certified athletic trainer.
