Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience at the high school or collegiate level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in sports management, education, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
• Help manage team logistics, including travel arrangements, equipment maintenance, and scheduling.
• Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

The required skills for this position include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, which are essential for effectively instructing and motivating players. 
• Organizational skills are vital for managing practice schedules, game preparations, and team logistics. 
• Leadership skills will be utilized to inspire and guide student-athletes in their personal and athletic development.

• Preferred skills such as experience in recruiting and knowledge of sports management will enhance the overall effectiveness of the coaching staff and contribute to the program's success.
