Assistant coach, Cross Country, Track and Field

As the assistant coach, you will recruit, conduct practices, help athletes with conditioning, and monitor the academic progress of student athletes. Additionally, you will assist in fundraising, scheduling, and other coaching and administrative duties under direction of the head coach.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience as a collegiate athlete or coaching experience in cross country or track and field at the collegiate level
• Multi-event experience

Travel Required: Over 50%

Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
