Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of program management including practice planning, matches and team events.

• Support recruiting efforts to attract talented student-athletes

• Monitor academic progress and eligibility compliance

• Encourage student-athletes in developing leadership, communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, prior coaching experience at the high school or college level, strong recruiting and communication skills
