Job Description
| General Scope of Duties |
Assist the head coach of men’s lacrosse with coaching/teaching during on-field practice sessions, off-field chalkboard and video analysis, preparation of opponent scouting report and strategies, in-game coaching and pre-game preparation. The assistant coach will adhere to all NCAA, NESCAC, and College regulations and represent the institution with the highest professionalism.

| General Duties and Responsibilities |
1. Assist in daily practice planning, coaching/teaching through video and whiteboard sessions, on-field teaching of skills and team concepts, application of opponent scouting reports to practice sessions, and post-practice debrief.
2. Assist with pre-game preparation, in-game coaching, and post-game debrief.

| Education and Skills |
1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Two years of lacrosse coaching experience, preferably at the collegiate level and/or three years of collegiate lacrosse playing experience.
3. Knowledge of NCAA and NESCAC rules.
4. Demonstrated leadership experience and effective communication skills.
5. Highest ethical standards regarding sportsmanship, integrity, and professionalism.
