This position has a budgeted hiring rate of $40,512. The position is classified as an AO. The AO salary band for all full-time, 11-month positions at the college with this classification have a minimum rate of $40,504 and a maximum rate of $86,538. For benefit-purposes only, the workweek is estimated to be 35-hours per week. The actual schedule for exempt positions may vary based on the workload and responsibilities assigned.

Job Description:
Reporting to the head coach, the assistant coach (offensive coordinator) will assist in all aspects of program operation including organizing, preparing, and conducting individual and team practices, trainings, and competitions, among other responsibilities. The assistant coach will help support the head coach in identifying and recruiting qualified prospective student-athletes. The individual will supervise student workers and others associated with the program, assist with program administration and budget oversight and support the head coach with the student-athlete academic success and retention.

This position requires the ability to lift, pull, push, and move objects in weight up to 50lbs regularly. Some time is spent performing manual labor. Specifically, this position requires the following.
