This position will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in all aspects of coaching, recruiting, and administering within the soccer program. Implements coaching strategies and methods to help student-athletes’ growth in athletic, interpersonal, academic, and teamwork skills; analyzes performance of team and adjusts strategies as needed; plans and conducts practices and other activities in preparation for competition; and actively recruits competitive and qualified individuals.
Key Outcomes
60% of Time: Assist in organizing and administering all phases of a Division III women’s soccer program.
Assist in organizing and planning and supervising practices and game strategies along with assisting in scouting and in-season film evaluations and breakdown.
Student athlete growth and development for successful competition as well as academic success.
Manage, operate and execute clinics for the women’s soccer program.
Establish 1-2 community service activities each semester as well as attend community events and on campus games to increase engagement of the teams at other sporting events.
Assist Institutional Advancement in efforts to increase athletics revenue, athletics raffle, and alumni giving day. In addition, cultivate relationships with alumni through providing 1-2 alumni events each year and raise money toward Gull Club through Giving Day Challenge, annual fall raffle and alumni outreach.

30% of Time: Identify talented, academically qualified prospective student-athletes and effectively communicate with coaches, prospects, and parents.
Recruit tournament travel and evaluations.
Attend local and national events.
