The assistant volleyball coach will be responsible for coordinating recruiting, campus visits, travel, practice assistance, scouting, Student Athlete Advisory Committee Advisor, and helping in all facets of the program.
Recruiting coordinator for program

SAAC coordinator
Assist with planning and implementation of all practices
Assist the head coach with inventory and issuing of equipment
Organize and coordinate with scouting/film exchange
Assist the Head Coach in communications with the office of admission and financial aid office regarding applications
Assist in communications with Residence Life for overnight prospects
Supervise student workers within program
Assist with monitoring the academic progress of student-athletes
Assist in the advising of students on their academic progress for academic retention
Maintain current knowledge and abides by NCAA/HCAC rules, policies, and procedures
Assist in weight room supervision
Supervise open gymnasium as needed and as permitted by NCAA Bylaws for safety purposes.
Assists the head coach with marketing / public relations
Demonstrate integrity and uphold the values and mission of the University
Attend periodic staff meetings
Complete committee assignments and other duties appropriate to skills and training as assigned by supervisors
