Stanford Athletics is seeking an Assistant Coach, Women’s Water Polo to assist the Head Women’s Water Polo coach with recruiting, coaching, and developing a championship-caliber team. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to, coaching student-athletes, recruiting, game management, video coordinating, scouting, academic monitoring, practice organization, player development, external relations, engaging with athletic department colleagues and faculty, camps, compliance, travel, and other administrative duties as assigned. This is a one-year fixed-term position.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Help plan and organize team training and practice sessions.
  • Assist with recruiting student-athletes to compete at Stanford. Follow NCAA guidelines and University standards and policies in coordinating recruiting efforts.
  • Help plan and organize Stanford water polo camp.
  • Understand and apply NCAA regulations to all aspects of program.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Head Coach or his designee.
