Assistant Coach
The assistant coach's responsibilities include planning, recruiting, coaching, developing, implementing, communicating, and administering the program to achieve University and Department objectives, as well as fulfilling teaching duties within the Department of Athletics. The individual in this role is expected to demonstrate conduct that enhances respect for student-athletes, the athletics program, the University, and themselves in the execution of professional responsibilities. The assistant women’s wrestling coach reports to the head women’s wrestling coach.

Minimum three years of wrestling, coaching, or related experience
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated strong commitment to athletes as students
Demonstrated experience with:
Supporting students from diverse and multicultural backgrounds
Personnel Administration
Fundraising
Community Relations
Media Relations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
