The assistant cross country /track and field coach for distance will assist the coaching staff with organizing, implementing and designing a practice plan for student-athletes. Specifically working with the distance student-athletes to help them be the best student-person-player they can be.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

• Knowledge, understanding and ability to instruct specific skills, techniques and strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, develop, and coach student-athletes at the collegiate level.
• Previous playing experience desired along with an understanding of the NCAA by-laws, rules, and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully recruit qualified student-athletes at the collegiate level.
