UCF Athletics - Brand Experience

 

Under the direction of the Associate A.D. of Brand Experience, the Assistant Director of Brand Experience is focused on initiatives that lead directly to the successful execution of three primary outcomes: generating revenue, increasing attendance at events, and successfully positioning/enhancing/protecting the UCF Athletics brand.
 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assists in the management of the overall Brand Experience unit within UCF, Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations
  • Creates, implements, and executes innovative marketing strategies with a focus on the gameday experience for UCF sports as assigned
  • Manages game day responsibilities relative to assigned sports and areas of operation
  • Assists in the execution of experiential Brand Experience activations and special events throughout the year
  • Researches best practices and develops/ implements progressive brand experience strategies towards greater engagement between the team and fan base
  • Assists with the development and coordination of football's game day fan experience, to include pre-game, in-game, and post game activities/ assignments
