The selected candidates will have:

• Knowledge of NCAA policies and Procedures
• Understanding of and demonstrated commitment to NCAA Division III Philosophy
• Knowledge of SLIAC and NCAA policies and procedures
• Demonstrated ability to appropriately evaluate and develop professional and student staff
• Demonstrated knowledge of coaching intercollegiate sports.
