The purpose of the position in Athletic Administration is to support the mission of the App State Athletics Department by supporting the external and operational services of the department. The staff member’s responsibilities will involve the following areas: game day operations, marketing, ticket office, guest services, concessions, and merchandise sales.

Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communicate with supervisor on a weekly basis regarding schedule, current assignments and projects
• Game Day Operations: Assist with game day operations for home App State Sports events for all sports
• Marketing: Collaborate on upcoming events and assist with the dissemination of information to the campus and community
• Ticket Office: Assist with ticket office for season ticket renewals, ticket sales initiatives, and game day ticket operations
• Stadium Experience & Guest Services: Serve as a concessions, merchandise, and / or guest services representative at various App State Athletics events
