Position Function

Perform duties associated with the strength and conditioning program for Football and additional sports as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment.

CSCS

or

SCCC

Certification.

Minimum Experience

At least one year of experience in strength and conditioning or related field.

Minimum Other

CPR

/

AED

certified or must obtain certification within three months of appointment.

Authorization to work in the US

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Preferred Education

Master’s degree in exercise science/physical education/kinesiology/bio mechanics or related field by date of appointment.

Preferred Experience

Three or more years at the collegiate level of strength and conditioning.

Preferred Other

Pre-Employment Screening

Requires successful completion of a background check and education verification.

Duties & Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate proper instruction and supervision of techniques and safety procedures within the designated strength and conditioning programs. |

Develop, in conjunction with the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, proper maintenance and care of appropriate equipment, along with maintenance documentation. |

Monitor supply and equipment needs for all appropriate areas; follow proper procedures for their purchase. |
