• Scheduling

• Conditioning

• Scouting

• Practice planning

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree

• At least three years of coaching in high school or college, but will also consider candidates with college playing experience

Essential Skills:

• Strong communication

• Problem-solving and leadership skill

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively

• Commitment to program development and the overall development of Saint Joseph’s College student-athletes
