Description : Under the supervision of the Head Flag Football Coach, the Assistant Flag Football Coach is responsible for on-field coaching for the fall non-traditional season and spring traditional season with other duties as assigned by the head coaches and/or Executive Director of Athletics. Position responsibilities must be completed in accordance with the Department of Intercollegiate Athletics, College, Empire 8, NCAA, and other related association rules and regulations. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.

Responsibilities : - On-field coaching for the fall non-traditional season and spring traditional season. - Additional duties as assigned by the head coaches and/or Executive Director of Athletics. - Participate in significant campus activities including Welcome Weekend, True Blue Weekend, and Commencement Weekend. - Comply with all applicable College, Federal, State, local, NCAA, Empire 8 Conference, and College Department, associational laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures. Must complete and pass the NCAA Rules Test. - As a representative of the College, must comport oneself in a professional manner at all times, both on and off campus. No inappropriate relationships with students. - Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications : - Playing and/or previous coaching experience preferred - Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Knowledge of the sport
