Job Title: Assistant Football Coach Analyst (Part-time)

Reporting Relationship: Head Football Coach

Unit: IWU-Marion

Department: Football-IWU Marion

Campus Location: Recreation & Wellness Center, Marion, IN

Summary of Position: Candidate must be highly organized, motivated and proficient at handling a variety of tasks inside the football program. This will include analyzing and breaking down film. This position will report and be assigned film analysis tasks by the head coach. Duties and Responsibilities Working directly with Head Coach on all things pertaining to film breakdown and analysis Scouting Film breakdown Any other duties assigned by the Head Football Coach and Athletic Director Qualifications: According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education Bachelor’s degree required Experience One to three (1-3) Years of High School or Collegiate Coaching Experience Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures Required Skills Ability to manage multiple tasks Written and oral communication skills Knowledge of computer applications video exchange and breakdown Organizational skills Ability to work weekends & evenings and also to travel
