Salary & Benefits:  

Minimum starting salary of $50,000

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Experience in the recruitment of student-athletes at the collegiate level.

• Thorough understanding of and accountability to NCAA rules and regulations.

• Demonstrated commitment to the academic and athletic success of the student-athletes and NCAA compliance with the highest of ethical standards.

• Driving a company/university vehicle may be required. A valid drivers license is a requirement and a MVR needs to be conducted upon hire.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• Experience coaching the defensive line at the collegiate or commensurate level.

Working Conditions:

Normal office environment.  Travel may be required.
