Job Title:  Assistant Football Coach-Defensive Backs/Concessions Manager

Location:  Mayville State University, Mayville, ND

Compensation:  Hiring Range: $7,990.01 - $9588.01 - Contract from February 16, 2025 - June 30, 2025.  There will be additional compensation for the concessions manger duties and responsibilities.

Benefits:  This is a part-time, non-benefitted position.

• Assisting in game planning
• Assisting in film breakdown

Responsibilities and Duties for Coaching Include:

• Coaching the defensive backs
• Assisting in game planning
• Assisting in film breakdown
• Fulfilling all duties and responsibilities assigned by defensive coordinator
• Assisting in the weight room daily
• Assisting in coaching weightlifting techniques
• Strength planning over the summer
• Data collection of alumni information
• Assisting in fundraising events
• Assisting in on-campus recruiting events
• Assisting in local off campus recruiting
• Creating name tags, locker plates, graphics for recruiting days

Responsibilities and Duties for Concessions Include:

• Train and supervise concessions staff to ensure efficient operations for all home games
• Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies
• Handle cash
• Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree
• One year coaching experience
