Description: Carroll College invites applications for an Assistant Football Coach – Defensive Coordinator. Oversees all aspects of the defensive unit as the Defensive Coordinator, including the development, coordination, and execution of the defensive strategy. Additionally serves as the Special Teams Coordinator, leading the design and implementation of daily practice plans, weekly game‑plan schemes, and scripted situations. Contributes to program operations by planning and organizing team travel, assisting with recruiting efforts, and performing additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head Coach and the Director of Athletics

Qualifications:   The successful candidate will have a Bachelor ‘s degree.  Two years of Collegiate football coaching experience is preferred. 

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this position, Carroll College will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas classifications.
