Assistant Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator

Illinois Wesleyan University, a NCAA Division III institution and member of the College Conference of Illinois & Wisconsin, invites applications for the full-time,10-month position of Offensive Coordinator in Football. Additional duties as assigned by Head Football Coach and Athletic Director will also include Football Recruiting Coordinator. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: analyze performance and instruct student athletes in offensive game strategies and techniques to prepare them for athletic competition; Observe players individually or in groups and demonstrate offensive techniques; recruit student-athletes for incoming first-year class from high schools and community colleges; coordinate all aspects of the football recruiting process; assist head coach with various administrative aspects of the football program; have excellent skills in using technology to enhance football program operations and recruiting.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years experience at the collegiate level or high school head coaching preferred
• Bachelor’s degree is required
• Valid driver’s license
