Williams College is seeking a committed and knowledgeable Assistant Ice Hockey Coach with a focus in Goaltending and Hockey Operations to join our staff for the upcoming 2026-27 season. The successful candidate will work with the men’s and women’s hockey programs, supporting both teams in all aspects of team operations and performance, with an additional area of responsibility in goaltender training and development.
This position is a 6-month, 40-hour per week position with a salary of $23,400, and comes with a full meal plan. This role is fully benefitted and also provides full tuition remission of graduate school coursework after six months of employment.
The Williams ice hockey teams have enjoyed considerable success in recent years, with both teams qualifying for the NCAA Championship this past season. The women’s team earned an at-large bid into the tournament and finished the season with a #5 national ranking, while the men’s team won the NESCAC Championship, beating the eventual National Champion in the semifinal game. The Ephs have enjoyed success on and off the ice, with many players earning individual accolades including All-Conference, All-American and All-Academic honors.
