St. time Mary's contingent College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary's City is accepting résumés for the part-time contingent position of Assistant Men's and Women's Swimming Coach (afternoon position). Responsibilities include assisting in the management of all phases of a highly competitive NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Swimming program which includes attending and running afternoon workouts (typically 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm) for event focused groups; attending home and away meets; assisting in managing team initiatives for athlete success; recruitment of qualified student-athletes; and adherence to all NCAA Division III, conference and institutional policies and procedures. This is a part-time (10-15 hours per week) contingent afternoon position with no benefits provided running from September through March. The salary for this part-time afternoon position is $1,500 for the season, depending on qualifications and experience.
