St. Mary's College of Maryland at Historic St. Mary's City is accepting résumés for the part-time contingent morning position of Assistant Men’s and Women’s Swimming Coach. Responsibilities include assisting in the management of all phases of a highly competitive NCAA Division III Men's & Women's Swimming program which includes attending and running morning workouts (typically 5:30 am -8 am) for event focused groups; attending home and away meets; assisting in managing team initiatives for athlete success; recruitment of qualified student athletes; and adherence to all NCAA Division III, conference and institutional policies and procedures. This is a part-time contingent morning position with no benefits provided running from September through March.
