What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

• Coaching and/or playing experience, ideally in NCAA Division III

• CPR/AED First Aid Certification (can be completed on-site)

• Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion

• Willingness to grow through clinics, workshops, and coaching associations
