Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the oversight of the daily operations of the weight room and programs for varsity scholar-athletes; the development and implementation of athletic performance enhancement programs for USD Students athletes as assigned and administrative responsibilities as delegated by the Director of Athletic Performance. This position will function as the Head Performance Coach for Baseball and other sports as assigned by the Director.

The salary range provided in this posting reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual compensation offered or earned is dependent on experience, education and other factors including departmental budget.
