What We Need:

Seattle Pacific University is seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our Women’s Rowing team as a part-time Assistant Coach. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow within NCAA rowing while playing a pivotal role in recruiting, mentoring, and leading student-athletes toward competitive success. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator, team player, and positive role model who thrives in a faith-centered educational environment.

The Assistant Rowing Coach position supports Seattle Pacific University’s mission by contributing to a Christ‑centered learning and working community committed to academic excellence, service, and engagement with the world.
