Job Summary:

 The Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach will oversee all operations of the Mueller Center weight room and assist the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach in designing and implementing programs for all varsity athletic programs. Specifically responsible for the design, implementation and monitoring of safe and effective strength and conditioning programs to improve performance of club sports, the general population, and the Men's & Women's varsity teams. The Assistant Coach will assist in the oversight of East Campus Strength and Conditioning Center during assigned shifts and during absence of Head Strength and Conditioning Coach when available.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or related field from an accredited institution
  • One (1) or more years experience working as a coach, assistant coach, or intern in the field of strength and conditioning
