Division I program recruitment of scholarship and non-scholarship student-athletes. Provide leadership and positive expertise in teaching and tactical aspects of sport. Demonstrate commitment to issues of social justice and diversity.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree in related field and ten to fifteen years’ experience in recruiting
NCAA
prospects and coaching at intercollegiate level required. Effective oral and written communication skills and ability to demonstrate skill techniques required. Ability to travel extensively required.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience at the Division 1 level preferred.
Anticipated Pay Range
$70,000 - $75,000
