Thiel College is seeking a motivated, team-oriented, and servant-minded individual for the role of Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach. This coach will play a vital role in mentoring student-athletes , assisting with all aspects of team operations, and helping build a positive, competitive, and values-driven program.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Applicants are required to have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Prior coaching and/or collegiate playing experience preferred.
Candidates must be self-motivated; possess strong communication skills; have solid organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills; The candidate must also strive for excellence and have pride in everything they do.
Successful candidates must adhere to all NCAA, conference, and institutional guidelines, policies, and rules. Demonstrate professional behavior while operating with integrity.
This is a 10-month position with a modest monthly stipend/allowance. If still employed, will be paid for June and July. Includes meal plan during regular semesters, as well as 12-month housing, cell stipend, and athletic professional development class provided by the College.
