We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-time Women's Assistant Volleyball Coach. This position will support the head coach in coaching and developing our women's volleyball program. The role is ideal for someone passionate about volleyball coaching and looking to contribute to the success of student-athletes in a part-time capacity.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the head coach in planning and executing practice sessions, game strategies, and player development programs. Will ensure adherence to all NCAA, conference, and institutional rules and regulations related to recruiting, practices and competitions. Will assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, traveling arrangements, equipment management, and other duties assigned by the head coach or athletic administration.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Coaching experience preferred, particularly in volleyball at the high school, club, or collegiate level, knowledge of volleyball rules, strategies, and techniques. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
