Wilson College is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and committed individual to become part of our athletics staff as a part-time Assistant Women’s Volleyball Coach.

In this role, you will support the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful women’s volleyball program. This includes ensuring compliance with Wilson College, United East Conference, and NCAA Division III rules and regulations.

In this role, you will support the Head Coach in all aspects of running a successful women’s volleyball program. This includes ensuring compliance with Wilson College, United East Conference, and NCAA Division III rules and regulations.

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Assisting with the recruitment of academically and athletically talented student-athletes

• Mentoring and supporting student-athlete development on and off the court

• Helping to design and implement effective practice plans and game strategies

• Supporting administrative tasks and fiscal management related to the volleyball program

The ideal candidate will bring energy, a passion for collegiate athletics, and a strong dedication to building a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Playing and/or coaching experience required, preferably at the collegiate level

• Valid driver’s license and background check clearance required
