Job Summary

The Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Success/Compliance reports to the Deputy Director of Athletics and will work with all Coaches and administrative leaders to promote student-athlete holistic development and serve as the day to day compliance leader in the Department. This position is intended to focus on developing and implementing content and programming and monitoring attendance/engagement for student-athlete workshops and events focused on academics, personal growth and wellness, career readiness and leadership development. This position will collaborate with Career Advancement, Student Wellness and other Campus Student Life units.

This role will also oversee NCAA compliance rules education, monitoring and student eligibility processes and all required monitoring and reporting to promote an atmosphere of compliance.

The Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Success/Compliance will organize/develop student-athlete programming and support student-athlete groups, collaborate with other units and serve as an advisor to the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task and a commitment to fully engaging and embracing an educational and inclusive environment.
