Signature Event Coordination (20%)
Lead execution of key Athletics fundraising events (Blue & Gold Golf Tournament, Women’s Walk).
Coordinate logistics, vendors, sponsorships, and registration.
Work closely with Athletics and University Events for planning, promotion, and execution.
Donor Engagement & Stewardship (20%)
Provide targeted stewardship to annual Athletics donors.
Partner with Donor Relations to deliver impact communications.
Collaborate with Advancement Services to track results.
Digital & Peer-to-Peer Engagement (20%)
Implement Athletics components of giving days and crowdfunding projects.
Collaborate with Project Coordinator on email deployment and digital engagement tools.
Utilize social media and peer influence to expand reach.
Reporting and Partnership (5%)
Track campaign performance and prepare results for leadership.
Serve as a liaison between University Advancement and Athletics.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor's degree required
-2+ years of professional fundraising or event management experience
-Experience in Athletics fundraising strongly preferred
-Familiarity with crowdfunding, email marketing, and donor databases (e.g. RE NXT)
Abilities:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Project and event management proficiency
-Attention to detail and results orientation
Comfort with Athletics culture and NCAA compliance
