Randolph-Macon College, a member of NCAA Division III and the Old Dominion Athletic Conference, seeks qualified candidates for the position of Associate Head Golf Coach which will report to the Director of Golf.  This is a full time 12-month position and will have responsibilities for organizing and administering all aspects of the golf program.  

  Responsibilities

• Coordination of all golf operations to include communications, office management and budgeting, fundraising, maintaining paperwork, event coordination, travel logistics and apparel oversight, practice responsibilities and in-season travel to contests. 
• Extensive recruiting, weekday nights and at weekend tournaments. 
• Assist the Director of Golf in all aspects of running a successful program. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required. 
• Previous experience overseeing golf operations and competitive playing at the collegiate level required.
• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory motor vehicle record by insurance standards.
• An understanding of the Division III philosophy of athletics and a commitment to Randolph-Macon College’s mission of developing the mind and character of our students.
