What we want
The Equestrian Athletic Assistant provides operational and administrative support to the Equestrian Team. At the direction of the Equestrian Director of Operations, this role will assist with daily team functions, event preparation, communications, and overall program coordination to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Knowledge of basic office techniques.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Skills in interpersonal, organization, and multitasking.

Ability to work non-traditional working hours: including breaks, holidays, evenings, and weekends.
Ability to contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
Equestrian Program
Support the Equestrian staff in day-to-day team operations and assist the Director of Operations with various administrative and logistical tasks.
Assist with meet preparation and operations on competition days.
Coordinate snack orders and pick-ups from Player Development Center and Bright; maintain a well-stocked fueling station and locker room, including inventory management and restocking.
Pick up mail and packages for the program.
Prepare materials and spaces for recruiting weekends and assist with related event logistics.
Upload practice and competition videos to SharePoint for internal use.
Develop educational resources for student-athletes focused on performance, wellness, and time management.
Assist with donor-related activities and events as needed.
Maintain confidentiality of student-athlete information and comply with all department policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with coaching, operations, and support staff on assigned projects and daily responsibilities.
