Coordinates the team scheduling, travel logistics, budget and maintenance, and monitoring of compliance and athlete eligibility for an intercollegiate athletics program to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the program.
Evaluates existing strategies, policies, and procedures and makes recommendations to unit leadership for program enhancement; ensures compliance with existing requirements
Travels with assigned team to ensure compliance with applicable state and university rules
Monitors student-athlete academic eligibility and status to ensure compliance with established rules and regulations
Manages logistics, secures resources, and finalizes team scheduling of facilities and travel for games, practices, camps, clinics, and special events
May exercise supervisory authority, including hiring, transferring, suspending, promoting, managing conduct and performance, discharging, assigning, rewarding, disciplining, and/or approving hours worked of at least 2.0 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
Monitors the unit or program budget, recommends equipment purchases, and manages submission of expense reporting

Compensation & Benefits: Salary range for this position is: $45,000 - $53.000 annually.
