About the Department

The University of Minnesota's Athletic Communications department, part of Gophersports.com, manages all media, public relations, and digital content for Golden Gopher sports, handling media requests, press conferences, and promoting athletes and teams through various platforms like GopherSports.com, social media, and video production. The office provides media access, credentials, and storytelling for all 22 varsity sports.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $15.25 - $20.00; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
