Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer Intercollegiate Athletics, this position is one of a team of individuals who provide financial, purchasing/accounting, and travel support to the department of Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA). The position will process a high volume of transactions including creation of expense reports and requisitions and will support accounts payable functions for Intercollegiate Athletics.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Financial System and/or Concur Solutions. 
• Knowledge of University Policies and Procedures in purchasing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense transfers, ledger reconciliation and error corrections.
• Knowledge of University travel policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Department Overview

ICA purchases a large volume of items that are also very diverse and complex. From the large apparel contract for all our student-athletes, coaches and staff, to renting various equipment items for a variety of sporting events. ICA has the a wide variety of complex purchases in addition to high volume. Additionally, ICA has a large number of travelers.
