Job Description Summary
Provide support as directed by designated supervisor.
This position will be responsible for creating new promotional items for events and internal communications, editing templates for summer programming, and updating new/existing content on the website. Projects may also include creating team posters, website ads, apparel designs, printed reporting booklets, certificate/awards as needed, resizing logos and/or athlete headshots, environmental graphics/installs for sponsors, etc. Students will be required to organize and manage digital files and tracking documents, as well as offer administrative support when needed. Ideal candidates will be able to offer creative solutions within University and Athletics brand guidelines, communicate clearly/effectively, and complete assignments in a timely manner.
Candidates will be responsible for assisting with departmental paperwork, departmental e-mail communication, running errands, Club Sports event’s needs, and other assigned tasks as needed. This is a position that requires professional, courteous, and polite interactions with Liberty University Staff and external clients. Furthermore, this position may require some evening & weekend availability.
