Bachelor's degree in appropriate area of specialization and two years of related experience; or a master's degree in appropriate area of specialization.

Interest and commitment to working with a diverse range of individuals within Athletics and the larger campus community;
Ability to understand, interpret, and adhere to NCAA Division I rules and regulations;
Ability to collaborate with academic advisors to ensure progression and timely graduation;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively address student concerns and provide clear guidance;
High level of initiative, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a large caseload effectively; and,
Proficiency in student information systems and advising software.
Preferred experience advising special student populations, including student athletes at an NCAA Division.

This is an Administrative and Professional (A&P) position.
