Description

The Coordinator of Campus Events and Outreach oversees the planning and implementation of special events on the Luther College campus, such as conferences, reunions, weddings, and camps. The Coordinator works closely with constituents both on- and off-campus to ensure the successful implementation of all events. This is a centralized position that is responsible for a broad range of interaction with clients holding varied interests, ranging from athletics to music to specialized academic programming.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Manage scheduling, administration, logistics and budgets of special event usage of Luther’s facilities, such as conferences, reunions, weddings, and camps by on- and off-campus clients. ? Hire, train, and supervise seasonal staff to assist with administration and implementation of summer events, including housing of event guests.
