Experience in education, student development, and working in faith-centered environments, particularly in formation-focused contexts with college-aged students. Formal ministerial licensure, ordination, or equivalent recognition within a Christian faith tradition is a plus. Experience working with student-athletes or within an athletics setting is required. Proficiency with standard office and communication technologies is required.
A bachelor’s degree is required.
Must exhibit a strong faith in Jesus Christ, be a person of strong character and integrity, and be committed to their ongoing spiritual formation and personal growth. Must possess the ability to maintain confidential information in a professional manner, and to have a positive and productive working relationship with co-workers and University personnel.
