Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Director of Creative Media and in conjunction with Football Brand Management, this position will deliver dynamic recruiting and social media content from concept to creation, while adhering to NCAA, Big Ten Conference, University and departmental rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Designs and develops multimedia solutions and materials in collaboration with other content creators, adhering to project timelines and developing and posting content for a specified unit in support of visually and contextually communicating messages aligned with unit strategy. - 45% Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and executes multimedia solutions for a specific work unit that may be used through various platforms in collaboration with stakeholders and other content creation staff - 25% Contributes to the development of communication, event, and marketing materials to fit into the overall strategy of the work unit - 10% Tracks and manages timelines and deliverables related to communication projects - 5% Directs operational activities for multiple communication platforms and posts content within a work unit that may include websites, social media, written/illustrative communications, and online tools - 10% Develops communication, event, and marketing strategies and materials to align with the overall work unit strategic initiative - 5% Develops and facilitates trainings for staff and customers regarding technology options and best practices
