Albion College invites applications for the Director of Athletics. This position is responsible for the overall leadership, vision, and oversight of the College's intercollegiate athletics and recreational programs. The Director of Athletics must provide leadership in support of the academic success and well-being of all student-athletes, gender equity, and diversity. The Director of Athletics subscribes to the College’s Division III commitment and to the rules and guidelines of the NCAA, MIAA and other governing bodies. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse and wide-ranging workload with sensitivity and confidentiality. This position will actively promote diversity, belonging and equity through critical and compassionate communication and strategic outreach efforts to various students, faculty and staff. Work collaboratively and strategically with advancement, admissions, and marketing to ensure maximized revenue and engagement in support of athletic programs and the College.
